Whole Lotta Sunshine Smoothie

Let me introduce to you the Whole Lotta Sunshine Smoothie. This smoothie is liquid sunshine, with the unique characteristic that you’ll want more and more of it on a sunny day. This smoothie, to put it lightly, brings my obsession with turmeric to unprecedented levels. Goodbye inflammation, hello delicious.


Whole Lotta Sunshine Smoothie

Serves: 1 // Prep time: 5 min

INGREDIENTS
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup ice
1 oz Synchro Gold Lemon Ginger or Original
1 tsp cinnamon

Optional:
Extra turmeric - for flavor/ color
Monkfruit extract - for sweetness
Water - for consistency

 

INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in a high powered blender.

Blend for 30 seconds.

Drink up and shine, because we can all use more sunshine in our lives (especially the non-skin cancer causing kind)!
