I was slow to try Vanilla Spice, since I’m so happy with chocolate Genesis
It is delicious! The cinnamon and cardamom make it taste like spice cake, on top of the healthy plant protein blend with prebiotic fiber
But does it taste good in a fruit smoothie?
Yes! The spices make my normal fruit smoothie taste even better
Vanilla Spice Genesis is good on its own with water (and Basis!) or combined with other drinks

Can't say enough positive things about Genesis! This stuff blows any other protein powder or meal replacement shake out of the water. Even just on its own it's great, but if you want to really level it up -- use some almond milk, half a banana, an ice cube or two, a bit of melted coconut oil, and optionally creatine if you're trying to get swole. Blend that up so it's nice and smooth and you're looking at 5 or 600 absolutely delicious, super healthy calories which will keep you feeling energized and full for hours. Such a great way to start a day on the right foot, nutritionally speaking.
