I expect that a lot of the improvement you've seen is attributable to Gold supporting your body's innate inflammation management and healing processes, primarily from stimulation of endogenous antioxidant enzymes like glutathione reductase and superoxide dismutase. This comes from ar-turmerone and other turmerones found in the full-spectrum oil extracts used in Gold. Turmerones are incredibly powerful compounds for supporting innate healing, which is why it's so disappointing that they're absent from most turmeric formulas.
