    DELICIOUS

    I first discovered this at the market when they were in small packets. I loved them then and now. They do not spike my glucose reader (everyone is using these now) and it is my most favorite go to treat. I take a spoonful a day straight out of the jar. I HIGHLY recommend it.

    Manna is the best dessert ever. It is delicious as syrup and it is perfect hardened around strawberries or ice cream or into chocolate bars
