Turmeric Roasted Broccolini
Serves: 4 // Prep time: 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
500g (1lb) broccolini, washed
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp cayanne pepper
1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (~200 degrees Celcius).
Toss all ingredients in a bowl. Lay out flat on a baking sheet, making sure there is space between the broccoli stalks.
Once the oven is preheated, place the baking sheet in the oven for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, take the baking sheet out of the oven, flip the broccoli, and roast for another 5-10 minutes (until the ends are golden brown and crispy.)
To serve, place in a large bowl and dust turmeric powder over the top.
